Privacy Policy
What Sportera collects, why, and who else sees it. This describes the product as it is actually built.

Who we are
Sportera is a directory of sport clubs and bookable sessions in Uzbekistan. For anything in this policy, write to us at the address on our contact page.
What we collect
Your account: an email address or a Telegram account id, and a name if you give one. Your profile: a display name, city, language, and a photo if you upload one. Your activity: bookings, favourites, join requests, and messages with clubs. If you claim a club listing: the phone number already published on that listing, and your attempts to verify it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details — Pro subscriptions are invoiced outside the product. We do not track you across other websites and we do not build advertising profiles.
Cookies
Three kinds, all first-party. A session cookie that keeps you signed in. A language cookie that remembers which of the three languages you read in. A short attribution tag if you arrive through a club's shared link, which records the channel only, never who you are, and expires after thirty days.
Who processes your data
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics), Resend (email), Telegram (notifications and sign-in, if you connect it), MapTiler (map tiles), and an SMS provider (club-claim codes only). Each receives only what its function requires.
What clubs can see
A club sees the name, photo and messages of anyone who books or requests to join one of its sessions. It does not see your email address, your phone number, or anything about your activity at other clubs.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account, which removes your profile, bookings, favourites and messages. Records we are required to keep for accounting are held separately for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer.
Children
Sportera lists sessions for children, but accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian books on a child's behalf and is responsible for that booking.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the product before the change takes effect.
