Using Sportera — as someone looking for a club, and as a club listing itself.

What Sportera is

A directory and a booking tool. Clubs list what they run; you find it and reserve a place. Sportera is not a party to what happens between you and a club.

Your account

One account per person, with accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend an account used to abuse other people or the service.

Bookings

A booking reserves a place in a session run by the club, not by us. Prices, attendance rules, refunds and cancellations are the club's, and any money changes hands between you and the club directly. Cancel through the product where a session allows it.

Club listings

A club is responsible for the accuracy of its listing — schedule, prices, address and photos. Claiming a listing requires verifying the phone number already published on it. Listings that misrepresent a club may be removed.

Plans and payment

The free plan covers one club, three active series, join approval, messaging and basic statistics. Pro lifts the series limit and adds export, attribution and multiple managers. Pro is arranged and invoiced directly with us. When a plan lapses, series over the free limit stop accepting new bookings; existing bookings are untouched.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalogue, do not impersonate a club, do not use messaging to send unsolicited advertising, and do not attempt to reach data that is not yours.

Content you post

Photos, descriptions and messages stay yours. You give us permission to display them in the product and in links shared from it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and are not liable for a session missed because of a technical failure.

Ending

You may stop using Sportera and delete your account at any time. We may end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
